The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a marketing strategy for a selec-ted company. The thesis is developed systematically. First, a theoretical part was created, which is essential for understanding and mastering of different tech-niques, principles and methodologies of designing a marketing strategy. The second part of the thesis is comprised of original work. The informati-on acquired in the literature research was used to design a marketing strategy for the Flairhound company. A variety of methods of analyzing the marketing envi-ronment and of determining the target segment was used. Subsequently, with the help of a SWOT analysis, several marketing strategies resulting from it were for-mulated. By unifying these strategies, a complex marketing strategy was designed, which will help the company to succeed in business.
